Marbella Reflexology and buttock injuries

This week they talk about PJ's buttock injury from his football training and Hannah's attempt to use her thumb to alleviate the pain! They also talk about Hannah's hair and feet. Not so strange as that sounds, it was about her visit to her wonderful and very reasonable hairdresser (thanks to Meadhbh and Aoife) and her appointment with Urshi at Aum Yoga (@aumyogamarbella) for some reflexology. While Hannah ties her best to keep it spiritual, PJ descends into the world of foot fetishes (listen to hear the details).
