Imposter Sydrome in the Nonprofit Space, DEI changes in Oklahoma, Volunteers Without Homes

While Imposter Syndrome can be found across many sectors of society the nonprofit space has its own issues when it comes to imposter syndrome. Host Swim Karim examines some of the reasons why this behavioral health phenomenon simply hits differently when working in the 501(c) sector.

Also, in today's news segment, we take a look at the recent changes around public DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) programs in the state of Oklahoma and how some nonprofits are using DEI programs to bring on people that better reflect the people they serve.

And in today's Nonprofit Horror Story, Swim shares a personal story of one of his volunteers becoming homeless/unhoused over just a few months.

Big shout out to @relatable_nonprofit for tipping the scales on today's main topic and @homewardbound homeward_bound_wnc with their mission of preventing and ending homelessness in Asheville and WNC through permanent housing and support.
