Episode 91: Mike Schneider on getting P3s on the ballot

Mike Schneider, partner and co-founder of InfraStrategies, has over four decades’ experience in the infrastructure sector. Formerly senior vice president of HDR, he served as director of the firm’s global strategic consulting practice and as director of professional services. Prior to that Schneider co-founded InfraConsult, a firm specializing in project development, program management and P3s, which he led as chief executive. That followed 30 years at Parsons Brinckerhoff, which subsequently became part of WSP. Schneider began his career in the public sector with the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation.
