Growth through different seasons

Growth through different seasons

New Season, Who Dis?

Ever felt like you’re outgrowing your old self, your friendships, your careeror even who you are? In this episode, we dive deep into what it means to be in the “in-between” season i.e. the cocoon where you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming.

I’ll share a personal story of navigating big life transitions, the signs you might be outgrowing a season (hello restlessness, grief, and nostalgia), and how to embrace the discomfort without forcing clarity.

We’ll also reflect on what God’s grace looks like in times of transition, and how to extend that same grace to ourselves while we evolve. 🌱

💌 Journal Prompt: Where in my life am I being invited to evolve, and what grace do I need to give myself in this process?
Affirmation: I give myself permission to evolve.

If you’re in your cocoon era, this episode is your reminder that growth is rarely tidy, but it is always worth it.
