In this brilliantly entertaining and informative conversation Host Trudy Kerr sits down with three amazing ladies to discuss the topic of how we as women can be sustainably stylish.

Looking and feeling good is part of our make up as women. No matter who you are, and what your personal style looks like, we are all built with a natural desire to be attractive. Fast fashion is more affordable and readily available that ever before, but wearing the trending outfit comes at an astonishing environmental and social cost. While the impacts of the fashion industry in terms of pollution, water use, carbon emissions, human rights, and gender inequality are increasing, the need for a shift to sustainable fashion is evident. The planet simply can’t afford for us to behave as we currently are.

Not only are there viable alternatives to the fast fashion phenomenon, but forming a sustainable lifestyle also marries well with being stylish, and Trudy is joined by three women who really know a thing or two about style.

Martina Forte has also worked with Max Mara, Gucci, Prada, BOSS and many other high end labels and has a wealth of knowledge not only on the fashion industry itself, but also shares the formula to achieving the stylish signature look.

Carla Grima has been a guest on TSW before way back in season one on the first show we had looking at style and fashion. Carla studied fashion in the UK and Paris before becoming a designer and establishing her own slow fashion and life style label, based here in Malta - using natural fibres and producing locally.
