In this soul-led episode, Julia opens the petals of Ayurveda — the sacred science of life — guiding us into a deeper understanding of the elemental forces that shape our body, mind, and spirit.

With reverent wisdom and poetic clarity, Julia weaves the foundational teachings of Ayurveda with her lived experience as a Chopra Vedic Master. She explores the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and their connection to the five elements, the chakras, the body’s inner rhythms, and the ancient intelligence that flows through all living things.

The episode culminates in an extended guided meditation — a sensory mandala journey through the elements and the chakras. Using visualisation, sound, breath, and bija mantras, you’ll travel through the sacred temple of your being, returning to balance, presence, and inner knowing.
