In 1946, the quiet Texas-Arkansas border town of Texarkana was rocked by a wave of brutal attacks that left five people dead and an entire community gripped by fear as a faceless predator the press dubbed "The Phantom Killer" was on the loose. Young couples on lovers’ lanes were brutally ambushed, the town descended into panic, and vigilantes armed themselves as if war was coming again.
