Autumn Equinox

As the wheel of the year turns, we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon — a moment of perfect balance between day and night, light and shadow. This episode is a sacred transmission and guided journey into the heart of this threshold season.

Together, we explore the ancient meaning of the equinox, the myth of Mabon and his mother Modron, and the apple as a fruit of the Goddess that carries within it a hidden five-pointed star.
