As fall is approaching, trees prepare to lose their leaves.

Leaves can represent the identities that no longer serve you. That aren't allowing you to absorb the sunlight you deserve in order to be the beautiful, resilient tree you are meant to become.

How many identities do you carry that came from the external, such as people's feelings or perceptions? How many times have you identified someone based on your own feelings? It's okay! No need to feel shame. This is a safe space to heal, learn, and feel inspired!

With special guest: Diana Estrella. She will also have some funny stories to share about her own experiences with false identities that became knowledge - meant to be shared.

In this podcast, Diana as a very special guest HOST in this episode will touch up on some deep realizations that many identities we carry come from what others felt or perceived, not because they are true. We will provide guidance on how to recognize the differences in order to become aware of who you choose to be and release the painful ones that may be blocking your potential. We will also share healthy examples on how feelings can be expressed without using them to identify others, and how to handle situations where someone may be (intentionally or unintentionally) identifying you based on their own feelings, so you don't take them on.
