Episode #105: Model Trainers Founder Sean Alexander Visits!

It is a pleasure to welcome fitness entrepreneur and Model Trainers founder Sean Alexander to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.

Model Trainers are the personal trainers that practice what they preach, and their team assembled is united under one goal: to help both men and women achieve sustainable lifestyle transformations. Sean started Model Trainers in 2017 in New York City as they coached health and wellness to the city’s socialites.

Currently, Sean Alexander and the Model Trainers team, including Jonathan Ibraham, Abbey Christie, Ali Lee, and Jake’s Take friend Nick Topel, have diverse clients. From Hollywood celebrities and Fortune 500 leaders to a United States Congressman, the Model Trainers team has designed a diverse group of programs that range from healthy fat loss to building muscles.

Sean has also been featured on various media outlets. His work has been featured in Authority Magazine, PopSugar, Rhone’s The Pursuit, and Well + Good. He also appeared as a guest on several podcasts, including Brief Talk Podcast by Underwear News Briefs, Latino Wall Street, and Berning in Hell.

In this edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Sean Alexander shared Model Trainers’ origin story and how it stands out in the competitive fitness industry. He also revealed how he bartended with his friend and fellow fitness model, Michael Dean Johnson, on Watch What Happens Live! With Andy Cohen.
