On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the FBI wants to keep the Trump affidavit sealed because the FBI may have spies inside Mar-A-Lago. Merrick Garland was apparently unsure what to do even though they suspected the destruction of documents, so he waited a couple of weeks before he authorized the raid. From the low-level conflicted Magistrate Judge to the politicized prosecutors, the whole thing stinks of a political witch hunt. AG Garland and others must be investigated and exposed for treating America like the Soviet Union. Anyone that behaves as they have must be held to account or these actions will spread. Then, Mitch McConnell has to go as leader in the Senate. He literally attacks the quality of candidates that are not aligned with him, and his silence on the unconstitutional raid on Trump's home is concerning. Later, Sen. Marco Rubio joins the show to discuss his opponent Rep. Val Demmings and the danger of doubling the size of the IRS. Rubio noted that the new IRS is larger than the British Army and will also have deadly force to go after everyday Americans. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the CDC received a blistering report regarding its handling of COVID and it was determined that it fell short of expectations and will be shaking things up. Contrary to what it sounds like the CDC will likely shake things up to make things more political while instituting additional woke policies. Then, Liz Cheney lost her election and keeps burping up platitudes about democracy instead of discussing our constitutional republic. Cheney is all about her and no one else especially not the American people in Wyoming. Cheney is no Abraham Lincoln, she's actually more like Benedict Arnold. Later, FL Gov. Ron DeSantis blasts Biden for adding 87,000 IRS agents to target the Administration's political enemies and raise money for the ruling class's pet projects. This massive spending and tax law will not reduce inflation, it will only empower the government and hurt the people. Also, under the Espionage Act, the people that write these classified documents have the responsibility to retrieve said documents, the responsibility is not the President's. On this special podcast only edition of the Mark Levin Show, the FBI raided former President Donald Trump's house at Mar-a-Lago in a calculated political move that could affect the midterm elections and beyond. It's no accident. It's no coincidence that this is right before the midterm election. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden signed the putrid, massive spending bill today known as the Inflation Reduction Act which will not ease inflation but add to it. This fractures the connection between the individual citizen and their government in a way that empowers the bureaucrats and weakens the people. This bill will add to the deficit and further hurt the struggling U.S energy industry. Biden will subsidize illegal immigration, the industry-crushing Green New Deal, and pitch this bill as a win for Democrats and a detriment for Republicans that voted against it. Then, the DOJ has admitted to an "over-collection of evidence" which is their admission to violating the Constitution. Former FBI Assistant Director Kevin Brock has gone on the record criticizing the FBI for operating outside the scope of the warrant and intentionally violating or disregarding Trump's 4th Amendment rights. Later, James O'Keefe calls in to discuss how a source within the U.S Department of Homeland Security reported to Project Veritas that government will list individuals that question the raid on Trump's home or the outcome of the 2020 election as Domestic Violent Extremists or DVEs. Project Veritas was also raided by the FBI last year for their journalism, that's something that has never happened in American history. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. To date, more people have been tried under the Espionage Act during Barack Obama's term in office than any other modern president since Wilson. Then, the fourth amendment protects against unreasonable search or seizure. The search warrant into Trump's home gave the FBI access to search anywhere, which explains why they went through former First Lady Melania Trump's closet, violating the Constitution. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, as mentioned on this program the FBI is looking for anything they can to hurt former President Trump. The latest information revealed in the now unsealed warrant indicates that the FBI is angling to go after Trump for violating the espionage act. The entire search is a pre-text using subterfuge because Trump gave the FBI access to all the subpoenaed boxes when they met with Trump's lawyers in June of 2022. These same boxes were seized in the raid. If the FBI really suspected secret documents regarding nuclear codes, they would have seized them back in June. So, what changed between June and August? Why was there a dire need now in August when they were just there? They could've gotten a judge to sign an order subpoenaing the boxes, but they chose to conduct a raid that included Melania Trump's wardrobe because they wanted access to everything they could see, not just what was included in the narrow scope of what they outlined in the warrant. It's unimaginable to think that we are putting a former President in this unprecedented position. Later, the espionage act was created to prosecute spies, not former U.S Presidents. US Attorney Graves and Deputy Attorney General Monaco are the two central figures in this expedition into former president Trump and they behave as if this is the United States of the Democrat Party instead of the USA. Then, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey suggests that AG Garland said that when possible, they use subpoenas. So, what then was the reason that made it impossible for the FBI to go this route? Could it be that the DOJ abused the warrant process to see if they could find evidence of another crime under the 'plain view doctrine? If so, it's a sleazy Stalinist approach to misuse the law to try and find a crime they can assign to Trump. The presumption of guilt instead of the presumption of innocence. Mind you, but for, Judicial Watch's legal filing resulting in the Judge's Order for the DOJ to explain why they took these extreme measures, Garland might still be silent on the issue. But make no mistake Garland's call for the warrant to be unsealed has only come after Judicial Watch made the same request to hold the government accountable. Later, what probable cause did the FBI have? Obama and Nixon have done far worse, and nobody kicked down their door in a raid. It seems the FBI is forgetting that we are a republic and as a society, we are unraveling because of the current president. Afterward, the ruling class is in full revolt because they're afraid of losing their power. Donald Trump took them on and won, now they're mad because he's a danger. This has taken them a hundred years and now they are at the precipice. Republicans need to get tough if they win a majority in the House and use their congressional power to push back on Biden's Mussolini-esque executive orders and to defund other bad policies like the 87,000 new IRS Agents, among others.
