Evolving Out Loud with Kyle Cease

Do you work at a job that pays you the most money you've ever made yet leaves you feeling mentally, physically, and spiritually drained, and you long to move forward? Find out how on today's Life Question of the Week!

Next, Rev. Michael welcomes New York Times bestselling author Kyle Cease who has a gift for merging comedy with personal transformation. As a comedian, Kyle had two #1 Comedy Central specials and was voted as #1 ranking on Comedy Central's Stand-up Showdown.

After leaving his job, Kyle dedicated his life to helping others and created Evolving Out Loud, a growing online community with over 400k members worldwide. Kyle has personally coached over fifteen thousand people, and his YouTube videos have been watched over 60 million times. He's also been a guest speaker at thousands of colleges, summits, and Fortune 500 conferences. Kyle says he is continuously inspired by his daughter and is ever evolving out loud on his journey to constantly find out the truth of who he is.

During this episode, Michael and Kyle discuss:

--Kyle's transformation from award-winning comic to answering a higher calling and using his comedy for a higher purpose

--Why Kyle makes decisions based on how he feels vs. "evidence" of what he can see, and why knowing who you are is much more important than knowing what you're going to do

--How all growth is about letting go of limited perceptions, patterns, and traumas and making space for what's next: "Your mind can only see what you'll lose tangibly, but not what you will gain."

--When having to justify having something in your life is a sign that it's actually time to let it go

--Kyle's meditation practice which he calls "Single–Breakup–Soulmate" which describes the releasing of the egoic construct and merging with the soul

--Why people are actually afraid of bliss – and lots more!

And as always, Michael concludes with a brief meditation that encapsulates the energy of their conversation.
