Are you haunted by an old grudge or a painful memory of something someone said or has done to you that you can't seem to shake? Or perhaps you're carrying around guilt for something you may have said or done to someone else. If that's the case for you, today's episode on the power of forgiveness can help.

Today, Michael shares his insights on:

-How all forgiveness is self-forgiveness, and why lack of forgiveness is a high form of self-abuse

-How to not take what people say or do personally

-Devoting time to releasing resentment and feelings of victimhood

-How forgiveness leads to good mental, emotional, psychological, and physical health, forgiveness practices—and more!

Michael then ends this episode with a meditation on forgiveness.
