Buckle your seatbelts, folks. It's SUPERVISION SEPTEMBER 2022!!! And, to celebrate, we've got 3 episodes all about how to kick your supervision into overdrive. First, we review the Performance Diagnostic Checklist-Human Services to help you figure out why your employees are struggling. Then, we bust out the Book Club Crew to figure out how to broach the tough topics at work via the classic business book, "Crucial Conversations". It may be fall, but supervision discussion is our real vacation!
