Everything you need to know about histamine intolerance - Dr Janice Joneja #216

What even is histamine intolerance? And why should you be concerned by it? Good questions! It's very common, and these questions are answered on this podcast. Dr. Joneja has written 7 books in the area of how we react to food, food allergies and intolerances, and digestive tract reactions to foods.

Histamine, as you'll hear, is important, but when the total body level of histamine gets too high, all sorts of odd, unpleasant symptoms can occur, and often, histamine sensitivity and histamine intolerance is not diagnosed, because people don't know about this stuff. And that might be happening to you now. It certainly was happening to me.
