Grief or any chaotic time in your life- can make you stressed, anxious, sad and overloaded. The more we continue with anxious living the more we continue to lose our selves. So in those fragile moments, we have to learn to stop, breath and find a balance. A balance where we can be peaceful even in the middle of the storm. Today we will do an exercise together- one that will help you achieve serenity and focus to center yourself and feel inner calmness. Good morning family.
