Johan Malkoski is a legendary dude in the world of snowboard brands. He got his start as a ski bum in Colorado but there was no bum about Johan. Opportunities found him and forced him into the white-collar side of snowboarding. From cutting his teeth in-house at Wave Rave to N boots to being a founding partner in C3 worldwide, Johan has left his mark. The only thing that could stop him was cancer and it tried, but Johan kicked it's ass. We talk a lot about business and health and it's an awesome podcast.
