Today we're going to speak about the happiness mindset that you need to have to begin your reboot. Initially, when I began my reboot, I experienced a thought-process that you may have as well and that thought was I was only ending my behavior because I was motivated by pain. I rarely thought of happiness, I always thought about eliminating pain. And whenever I mention happiness as something happy as it had to do with my reboot, it was something I hoped for but it was rarely something that I believed.
