'My New Year Gift to You'

We're now heading into the final home straight before New Year's Eve and in this podcast, I'm going to share with you the single most important blueprint for you to ensure 2022 is your best year on record.

Over the last few years, I've been giving our Property Entrepreneurs a head start after Christmas by showing them how to 'Fire Up The Flywheel' using our four-step blueprint.

Most of your competitors and the rest of our market will be waking up on the first working day of 2022 fat and hungover. That is not what we want you to experience. There's a reason that 70% of the January gym club do not make it into February and that is because they do not understand the four steps of 'Fire Up The Flywheel'.

When you understand this blueprint, I guarantee you 2022 will be your best year on record. If you do this, you will be out of the traps, you'll understand the hard graph, you'll go through the pain and I guarantee you you'll get the gains.

If you don't do this, you'll be setting those targets on New Year's Eve, you'll be looking at those goals, you'll be putting on those gym club trainers on 1st January and by the second week, you've already given up, you're back further from where you started, and it's over before you're even out the traps.
