057 - Strategy Day

'You get what you focus on, choose wisely'

How do I prioritise? So this is a fantastic question that's come in from one of our listeners for our next official Profit Entrepreneur podcast around how to distribute your time and your focus around the various deals, projects, businesses and ventures you're involved in.

The reassuring thing for everybody listening to this podcast is that success and failure are both very predictable. When you're looking at what to focus your time on, it doesn't have to be guesswork, it doesn't have to be instinct, and you don't need to rely on the noise of your business or your gut feel.

What we're looking at within this podcast, is how to be highly strategic and use three of the key exercises we use on Property Entrepreneur through October, November and December to define our focus, our strategy and our targets for the year ahead.

If you don't use these three models to set out your goals and targets for 2022, you will be another entrepreneur who's a busy fool running on the treadmill, just turning up every day and trying to swing the bat.

If you do use these models and you do put them into practice, I can guarantee not only will you become highly strategic but your progress will rapidly increase and your confidence level on a daily basis will not be around am I doing the right thing? Am I too busy? Should I be focusing on this? Instead, you will have a crystal clear, black and white algorithm, strategy and calculation to use to decide what you focus on, what you say yes to and what you don't agree to in the year ahead.

Success and failure are both very predictable and in this podcast, we're going to look at how do you prioritise your time? What businesses do you actually focus on? And how do you make sure you make 2022 your best year yet.
