Josh, a Chartered Accountant and multiple award winner, tells us how he followed the Blueprint to start, scale, systemise and sell his property business for one of the highest multipliers ever in the industry.

Josh describes the highs and lows of operating a property management business and how he built it so that he worked on the business and not in it, spending only 90 minutes a week running it.

Major life changes can cause us to re-evaluate our lives, and with the birth of his first child, Josh decided it was the right time to tap out at the top and sell.

Josh, not only describes how, when and why he sold the business but also shares 3 challenges he faced in selling the company, his top 3 tips for anyone wanting to follow in his footsteps and what life is like now post-sale.
