"The 10 Biggest Lessons I Learned in 2022"

Human nature is to make the same mistake over and over again in what Ray Dalio calls the 'failure loop'.

In a bid to avoid this and gain wisdom over making the same mistakes again and again, what we do every year on Property Entrepreneur, is we take all of our Property Entrepreneurs through a process called 'Lessons Learned'.

What this involves is boiling down all of the things we've learnt over the last 12 months, creating the top 10 lessons that we've learned that have the highest value and then boiling those down into memorable mantras that enable us to share them, to remember them and avoid the failure loop of doing them again.

In this podcast, I'm going to take you through my 10 lessons learned and this is all of the wisdom I've gained over the last 12 months which I'm now sharing with you so you can avoid the same experiences.

Success and failure are both very predictable.
