Known as Mo, we go through the start of his property journey as a student buying his first house share, next to live in and through to building a number of successful property companies, with this most recent project alone generating a £1.5m profit.

Mo joined the Property Entrepreneur Programme 4 years ago as one of his business partners, an architect, Philip Bailey recommended it. Mo has used the Blueprints to build a cashflow and a profit business as well as retaining some developments as long-term assets.

As well as providing his Top 3 Tips, Mo takes us through the different stages of this project, the niche that is their main strategy, how they sourced this project and the process they go through to stack deals and how they structure them with investor and lender finance.
