217 - The Chairman : 15 Lessons Learned In First 6 Months

Since 2019, I've been actively stepping away from my Executive Director roles, selling my larger companies and moving into much more of a Non Executive position, whether on Boards in my own companies or other people's and in 2023, I made the big decision to step out of my final Executive role and up to the Chairman.

Levelling up to the Chairman was the first big step change that I've done in about 10 years and the experience has been quite significant.

In this podcast, I'm going to take you through the 15 lessons that I've learned in the first six months going from being an active Executive Director into a Non Executive Chairman.
