Healing Perfectionism Trauma: I dare you to be IMPERFECT

For those of us with perfectionism trauma, it can be really scary to show up imperfectly in the world. We’d rather not show up at all. This is me daring myself and daring you to be imperfect as I turn in an imperfect piece of art. It is through these little steps of exposure work and giving ourselves positive reinforcement right after, that we show our inner child & our bodies that it is safe to be imperfect and that they can trust us to have their back no matter what.
