Peppercorn Rent and Public Rage: Parliament Takes Aim at Prince Andrew (10/27/25)

Peppercorn Rent and Public Rage: Parliament Takes Aim at Prince Andrew (10/27/25)

In recent days, MPs in the UK Parliament have ramped up pressure on Prince Andrew over his long-standing residence at Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park and the lease arrangements tied to it. The estate, part of the Crown’s property holdings, was leased by Andrew in 2003 for 75 years in return for a £1 million payment and he paid for around £7.5 million in refurbishments, but has reportedly paid only a symbolic “peppercorn” annual rent for more than two decades. Critics argue the arrangement lacks transparency and raises questions about taxpayer interests and the Crown estate’s oversight. At the same time, Andrew’s ties to his disgraced former friend Jeffrey Epstein and fresh allegations by Virginia Giuffre in her posthumous memoir have intensified calls for accountability and for Parliament to weigh in.

In response, several parties in Parliament are exploring unprecedented steps: the possibility of a full House of Commons debate on Andrew’s conduct, and even legislation to permanently strip his titles. Although he has announced that he will cease using his title of Duke of York following discussions with King Charles III, only an Act of Parliament can formally remove it. The government so far has been reluctant to schedule a debate, arguing the Royal Family wishes Parliament to focus on other “important issues,” but opposition parties like the Liberal Democrats are preparing to use opposition-day debates to force scrutiny. Many MPs say the moment demands full transparency and that Andrew (and the Crown estate) should give evidence under oath.

The FBI Had A Mountain Of Evidence Against Jeffrey Epstein And Refused To Act On It

The FBI Had A Mountain Of Evidence Against Jeffrey Epstein And Refused To Act On It

For decades, the FBI sat on a mountain of evidence implicating Jeffrey Epstein in the trafficking and abuse of underage girls—evidence that could have led to his prosecution long before his 2019 arrest. Victim statements, flight logs, financial records, photographs, and corroborating witnesses were all available in various forms as early as the mid-1990s. Multiple law enforcement agencies, including local police in Palm Beach, had already compiled damaging information and flagged Epstein’s pattern of recruiting minors for sex acts. Despite this, federal authorities consistently failed to act, allowing him to maintain his wealth, freedom, and influence while continuing to victimize girls with impunity. The inaction wasn’t due to a lack of evidence—it was a deliberate choice. The FBI not only delayed meaningful investigation, but in some cases appeared to retreat altogether, especially after Epstein’s 2008 sweetheart plea deal in Florida. Rather than pursuing the obvious interstate and international dimensions of his crimes, the Bureau allowed the case to go cold, even as new allegations emerged. Whether out of institutional cowardice, political interference, or worse, the result was the same: the most powerful federal law enforcement agency in the country turned a blind eye to one of the most prolific sex traffickers of the modern era while survivors were left unheard, and Epstein’s network remained intact.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile/fbi-had-dirt-that-could-have-unraveled-jeffrey-epsteins-entire-network-more-than-a-decade-ago/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Jeffrey Epstein, Harvard And The GRATS Hustle

Jeffrey Epstein, Harvard And The GRATS Hustle

Epstein is reported to have advised clients on deploying GRATs (Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts)—an estate planning vehicle that lets ultra-wealthy individuals pass appreciating assets to heirs while minimizing gift and estate taxes. Analysts say Epstein used his proximity to billionaires and his aura of financial wizardry to pitch these sophisticated tax-avoidance schemes. The strategy exploits a loophole in U.S. tax law: during the trust’s term, the grantor retains annuity payments, and if the trust’s investments outperform the assumed IRS rate, the excess passes to beneficiaries tax-free. Epstein’s involvement with GRATs even drew Senate scrutiny after it emerged he helped clients like Leon Black and possibly Sergey Brin structure trust arrangements.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

As with most entities or people involved with Jeffrey Epstein, Deutsche Bank is claiming that they are protected from lawsuits by the same old tired reason the rest of the enablers were protected: Technicalities. With the pressure now being turned up against several financial institutions by the surivvors, the banks are looking for anyway to deny their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. The problem? No Title, No Honor, No Dignity: Andrew Is Stripped Of All Remaining Titles And Honors (Part 3) (10/31/25)

No Title, No Honor, No Dignity: Andrew Is Stripped Of All Remaining Titles And Honors (Part 3) (10/31/25)

Prince Andrew has finally been stripped of every last royal title and honor he once clung to like a lifeline. King Charles III, evidently tired of cleaning up his brother’s messes, used his royal prerogative to remove Andrew’s styles, ranks, and knighthoods—everything from “His Royal Highness” to the Duke of York and beyond. The disgraced royal, now simply Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, has also been ordered to vacate the lavish Royal Lodge, marking a total fall from grace for the man who once strutted around as the Queen’s favorite son. The move is being described as unprecedented, but in truth, it’s been a long time coming. After years of scandal, arrogance, and shameless denial over his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, the crown finally decided that Andrew’s dead weight was too heavy to carry any longer. For Prince Andrew, this wasn’t just a fall from grace—it was a full-scale implosion of everything he thought made him untouchable. Even stripped of his titles, he’s still clinging to denial like it’s his last shred of nobility, pretending the world just “doesn’t understand.” The man who once swaggered around royal circles with smug entitlement now stands exposed as the cautionary tale of what happens when arrogance meets consequence. His downfall isn’t tragic—it’s poetic justice. He built his own downfall one disastrous decision at a time, from his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein to his laughable denials and public meltdowns. The final insult isn’t that he lost his titles—it’s that the titles ever disguised what he really was: a spoiled, self-serving opportunist who mistook birthright for character.to  contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:'Boorish and entitled' Andrew is now an 'ordinary member of the public': King stripped his brother of his prince title and ordered him to leave Royal Lodge after being 'consistently embarrassed' | Daily Mail OnlineBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

When Journalism Becomes PR: The Ian Maxwell Feature Nobody Asked For (10/31/25)

When Journalism Becomes PR: The Ian Maxwell Feature Nobody Asked For (10/31/25)

Ian Maxwell’s Spectator article reads less like a defense of justice and more like a tone-deaf PR memo from a family desperate to rewrite history. Cloaked in pseudo-sympathy and self-pity, Maxwell portrays his sister Ghislaine as some tragic heroine—a misunderstood victim of “media persecution” and an “inhumane” justice system. He spares no ink reminding readers that she was strip-searched, isolated, and treated unfairly, yet offers not a single ounce of genuine accountability for the teenage girls she groomed, exploited, or delivered into the hands of Jeffrey Epstein. The piece reeks of entitlement—the idea that the daughter of Robert Maxwell should be exempt from the consequences of her own actions simply because she’s “suffered enough.” It’s manipulative, self-serving, and deeply insulting to survivors who endured far worse.Rather than confronting the crimes or showing remorse, Ian Maxwell doubles down on the family’s trademark arrogance, spinning a narrative that his sister is a scapegoat for Epstein’s sins. He blames the justice system, the media, and public opinion—anyone and everyone except the person who trafficked minors across continents under the guise of philanthropy and power. His framing suggests that wealth and pedigree should shield one from public outrage, as if accountability were some vulgar thing reserved for commoners. What emerges isn’t a defense of due process—it’s the whining of a man unwilling to accept that his sister wasn’t “targeted” by the system; she was caught by it. And the only “injustice” here is the insult of pretending otherwise.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Don't take Virginia Giuffre's memoir at face value - The Spectator WorldBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

The Billionaires Playboy Club: A Memoir By Virginia Roberts (Chapter 12 ) (10/31/25)

Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s unpublished memoir The Billionaire’s Playboy Club recounts her recruitment into Jeffrey Epstein’s world as a 16-year-old working at Mar-a-Lago, where she says Ghislaine Maxwell lured her in with promises of opportunity and travel. The manuscript describes how she became trapped in Epstein’s orbit, allegedly forced into sexual encounters with powerful men, including Prince Andrew, and ferried across his properties in New York, Florida, and the Virgin Islands. Giuffre paints a detailed picture of coercion, psychological manipulation, and the disturbing normalization of exploitation within Epstein’s high-society circle. In this episode, we begin our journey through that memoir.   to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Virgina Giuffre Billionaire's Playboy Club | DocumentCloudBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.
