Episode 7 - From Darkness To Light When It Comes To Sitting Still In Darkness.

Episode 7 - From Darkness To Light When It Comes To Sitting Still In Darkness.

In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to go about sitting still in darkness, and having negativity surrounding you. It’s really hard to sit still and wait patiently until the coast is clear to be able to get out of darkness. But sometimes you have to sit in darkness and order to not only heal, recover, but to sit in all of the negative things that have happened to you and facing ithead on. You have to look at situations from your past from the way you looked at it at the time, to how you’re gonna go about looking at it now. A lot of us don’t want to accept our flaws, imperfections, disabilities, the things that we don’t have, rejection, and the mistakes we’ve made from our past . Unfortunately, we have to do this in order to become better people. Chronic pain is an example of what it means when you have to sit still and deal with pain all day every day. When you have people that are dealing with depression, and anxiety as well as illnesses and diseases, they have to sit still and endure all the damage, and the impact, and affect their lives every day. So today I’m gonna be talking about what my darkness looks like. And what I’m currently dealing with that I have to endure in darkness. And how I’m sitting patiently allowing myself to heal, and find ways to recover from these medical issues that I’m currently dealing with. As well as my past experiences of negative things that have happened to me mentally, psychologically, and financially from negative people in all aspects of my life. So this is definitely going to go very deep. A lot of you are listening or watching my YouTube channel and podcast can relate to it.
