The Definitive Book Of Human Design | Section 5 How You Process Energy And Information

In this episode we continue exploring Human Design by reading "The Definitive Book of Human Design," Section 5, and focus on the concept of the five definitions, which describe how energy flows and is expressed uniquely in each individual’s Human Design chart. The definitions explain how people experience conditioning and how their energy centers connect—or don’t—within their charts. The five definitions include the Reflector (no defined centers), Single Definition (one continuous flow of defined centers), Simple Split Definition (two disconnected defined areas), Triple Split Definition (three disconnected defined areas), and Quadruple Split Definition (four disconnected defined areas). Each split indicates gaps in energy flow that motivate individuals to seek those missing elements in others, creating a magnetic attraction to people who bridge these splits.I elaborate on how these splits impact personal behavior, relationships, and decision-making processes. For example, people with split definitions often feel incomplete and pursue the missing energy, sometimes mistakenly identifying it as a personal deficiency. However, from a Human Design perspective, these splits are not flaws but naturally designed relational dynamics that emphasize interdependence and cooperation. Properly working with one’s strategy and authority helps bypass conditioning and better navigate these dynamics.Knowing this information can be important - Particularly for the children in our lives! The discussion emphasizes patience, self-trust, and the importance of relationships in bridging energetic splitsThis episode contains🔮 Exploration of the five definitions in Human Design, detailing how energy flows uniquely in each chart.🧩 Explanation of split definitions and their impact on feelings of incompleteness and relationship dynamics.💫 Insight into the magnetic attraction to others who naturally bridge energy splits.📊 Examples of famous figures’ charts illustrating different types of definitions and their life implications.🕰️ Emphasis on patience and giving oneself time to process information, especially for split definitions.🌍 Practical advice to spend time in public, neutral spaces to aid decision-making and energy assimilation.🤝 Understanding that relationships and cooperation are fundamental to Human Design’s concept of wholeness.📖 Based on The Definitive Book of Human Design by Lynda Bunnell, authorized by Ra Uru Hu.🌀 Join us in the Openly Occultic Book Club chatroom to discuss! 👉 Watch, subscribe, and experiment with your design!#humandesign #definitions #centers #energy #openlyocculticbookclub #astrology #ageofaquarius #consciousness #spiritualawakening Motion Backgrounds by: #AAvfx
