Lily Allen ‘West End Girl’: The Album of the Year?

I’m finally back with an album review — and what a comeback it is. This week, I dive deep into West End Girl, the brand-new album from Lily Allen, which has completely blown me away. Written and recorded in just ten days, this project is raw, emotional, and beautifully cohesive — a powerful reflection on her split from David Harbour and the complexities of modern relationships, infidelity, and self-worth.

In this episode, I take you through the album track by track, unpacking how Lily crafts one of the most compelling narratives I’ve heard in years.
