Zandra is the founder of Zandra Ross Consulting. Zandra is a leadership mentor and coach who helps ambitious people overcome obstacles and evolve into the next version of their selves to achieve greater success and happiness in their life and career. She does this through private and group facilitation, team building, and strategic planning sessions. With both online and in-person programs and courses available. She mastered how to stop her own past storylines and events from becoming limiting beliefs for her future. Today she guides others, with a passionate emphasis on those within indigenous communities, to re-write their own stories for the future by realigning their mindset and dropping beliefs that no longer move them forward. Her mission is to provide a fun, creative, safe space for people to dream, plan, implement, and grow. She offers a wide range of services on these themes. She has worked extensively in First Nations communities and Aboriginal non-profits. Zandra is from the Williams Lake First Nation, so she brings a deep understanding of issues facing first nation communities, organizations, families and individuals.
