On the board of three charities and social causes Mike was mentioned by President Clinton for his work alongside the SAGE Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative. As the Chairman & Founder of The Circle of Excellence, along with his business partner and wife, Landi Jac, Mike has built five companies in Events, Business Intelligence Licensing, Investments, Experts Institute which operate regularly in over 20 countries. Mike is the Producer & Director of the film Dreamcatchers (2010). Mike is the recipient of more than a dozen business awards including APAC Conscious Leadership Award, GSF Presidents Award, 4 X Speaker of the Year, and multiple awards for Business Person of the Year. Mike is the Publisher of Lead Magazine a magazine which promotes conscious leadership globally. He is the co founder of the Conscious Leadership Movement
