Welcome to The Movement! Join us as we celebrate 165 years of impact with the YMCA of Greater Kansas City.

In this episode, we highlight Pedaling for Parkinson's, a transformative YMCA wellness program designed to help participants with Parkinson's Disease improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.
