In today's episode, I had Nikko Miyatake on the show. It was such an enlightening conversation full of so much wisdom. ⁣ ⁣ Nikko Miyatake is a breathwork instructor, yoga teacher, cacao ceremonialist, master reiki practitioner, and certified ayurvedic health counselor. He studied with a cacao shaman for four years, which served as his initiation into working with cacao. He is passionate about self-growth and facilitating awakening. ⁣ He's also the Owner of Cacao breath LLC and formulator of Mayacacao. ⁣ ⁣ ✨Nikko shared his beautiful experience in Guatemala training under a cacao shaman. In his experience, he learned about his energetic field, the human pain body, and the human light body. ⁣ ⁣ ✨He talks about how a toxic relationship was a big part of his journey.
