Mikolaj Jucewicz Kuzajak: In his professional career, Mikoaj is driven by helping others own their growth – in a way that supports their autonomy, accountability and authenticity. Apart from his role as Head of Leadership Development at William Hill, he is a psychologist, therapist and a coach.
