If you have damage to your arteries, you’re at an increased risk for high blood pressure and clots, which can cause strokes and heart attacks. When you visit the doctor for these conditions, they typically address the symptoms rather than examining the root cause.

The root cause of plaque in the arteries is endothelial damage. Endothelial damage and inflammation are repaired by plaque, composed of calcium, cholesterol, and protein.

Arterial damage decreases nitric oxide levels, resulting in less control over blood pressure and an increased risk of clotting. Around 90% of heart attacks come from clots!

Sunlight is vital to increase nitric oxide. Nasal breathing and magnesium are also essential.

You can reverse arterial plaque buildup through a process called reverse cholesterol transport. This mechanism transports plaque in the arteries back to the liver for recycling. This process can be sped up with the help of the following:

•Niacin

•HDL cholesterol

•Exercise

•Fasting

•Low-carb diets

•Bile salts

Magnesium controls calcium, so increasing your intake can help to remove it from the arteries. Polyphenols protect the endothelial layer of the arteries, and vitamin K2 helps prevent arterial calcification.

Cacao powder is the main component of the best drink for your arteries. It’s high in flavonols and stimulates enzymes in the body to produce more nitric oxide. Roasted cacao has been shown to increase blood flow to the arteries, similar to the effects of exercise.

Cacao is also beneficial for your heart, brain, skin, and other organs and tissues in the body. It has an accumulative effect and can build up in your system over time.

To prepare your drink, combine cacao powder in a glass of water. You can drink it cold or warm. Add beetroot juice powder for an additional boost of nitric oxide and an interesting flavor. You can also add a pinch of sea salt and a scoop of magnesium glycinate for the most potent effect!

DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!

DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!

Today, I’m going to tell you about the best and the worst supplements to take as you age. Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron. If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract. Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys. Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure. Best vitamins to take as you age: 1. Vitamin C 2. Vitamin B3 3. Magnesium 4. Vitamin D 5. Vitamin K1 6. Vitamin K2 While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances.

The Reason You Feel Bloated

The Reason You Feel Bloated

Today, we’re going to talk about bloating, the number one symptom associated with a leaky gut. If you have a leaky gut, you have crevices and holes in your gut where food particles and substances can travel through without a stamp of approval from the immune system. For example, if you have a leaky gut and egg protein gets through, your immune system will respond as if it’s a virus, bacteria, or pathogen. The next time you eat eggs, you could have an immune reaction. If you have a leaky gut, you’ll notice new food allergies along with the following symptoms: •Inflammation •Joint pain •Skin reactions (e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis) •Headaches The most damaging side effect of a leaky gut is the development of autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. To get rid of bloating, you’ll need to address the cause of a leaky gut. Check out the 7 most common causes of a leaky gut: 1. Vitamin D deficiency 2. Seed oils 3. Raw vegetables 4. Lectins 5. Fiber 6. Sugar 7. Gluten Even if you correct your diet, you must ensure you have enough vitamin D to fix your leaky gut. Get plenty of sun without burning, or take 20,000 IU of vitamin D every day. Glutamine is crucial for gut health. Red meat is the best source of glutamine. Cabbage, bone broth, eggs, and kefir are also good sources. Zinc is also important for gut health. Oysters, shellfish, seafood, and sea kelp are the best sources. Fasting gives your digestive system a chance to rest and repair if you have a leaky gut.

The BIGGEST LIE About Food

The BIGGEST LIE About Food

Let's talk about the truth about saturated fat and cholesterol. Cholesterol is a type of fat made by the liver that's used to make cell membranes, hormones, and vitamin D. Saturated fat is a type of fat that stays solid at room temperature, while unsaturated fat is liquid at room temperature. Coconut oil is 87% saturated fat, and lard is 47% saturated fat. Dietary cholesterol has little effect on total cholesterol. Your body makes about 80% of your cholesterol. If you consume more cholesterol, your body will make less. If you consume less cholesterol, your body will make more. It's okay to consume steak, lard, and butter. Cholesterol is only bad when combined with things like sugar, smoking, trans fats, and seed oils.

Aneurysms: The Silent Killer

Aneurysms: The Silent Killer

In this podcast, we’re going to talk about aneurysms. There are typically no early aneurysm symptoms or signs, so they often occur without warning. An aneurysm is a bulging dilation of the vascular system. There are no symptoms until it ruptures, leading to a hole in the artery. If this occurs in the brain, it’s known as a brain aneurysm, which can cause a stroke. Aneurysms can occur in the brain (brain aneurysm, intracranial aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm), around the heart and aorta (aortic aneurysm), in the kidney, and in other areas of the body. The thumb-to-palm test can indicate if you are at a higher risk of an aneurysm. Some common aneurysm causes include the following: •Smoking (4x greater risk) •Chronic alcohol use •Diabetes •High sugar intake •Seed oil consumption •Dental bacteria Anything that causes chronic inflammation or oxidation can weaken your arterial system and contribute to an aneurysm. Consider any related health concerns to prevent aneurysms and support blood vessel health. If you have high blood pressure, increase your potassium, magnesium, and vitamin D intake. A low-carb diet can also help lower your blood pressure. Sometimes, a copper deficiency can cause an aneurysm. Copper is necessary to help your body build collagen. Here are a few other ways to prevent aneurysms: • Avoid inflammatory foods • Consume antioxidants • Consume foods with omega-3s • Increase vitamin D • Exercise regularly

1 in 4 People Have This!!

1 in 4 People Have This!!

In this podcast, we’re going to talk about the best remedy to support your liver health. It takes many years of damage before you’ll notice toxic liver symptoms. Some of the most common toxic liver symptoms include the following: • Yellow eyes • Yellow skin • Nausea • Vomiting • Red dots on the skin • Fatigue One of the best toxic liver remedies is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine). This remedy helps counter the effects of alcohol, smoking, drugs like ibuprofen, chemotherapy, radiation, and chemicals found in the environment, such as herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and fungicides. NAC helps to replenish glutathione, a potent antioxidant that helps counter free radical damage. NAC enhances phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification in the liver. This process takes fat-soluble poisons and turns them into harmless water-soluble particles. NAC regenerates liver tissue and prevents liver cell self-destruction. NAC is helpful if you take medication, drink alcohol, smoke, or if you’re exposed to any other types of toxicity. To make NAC more potent, try the following: 1. Take on an empty stomach 2. Take several doses daily 3. Take it with vitamin C and selenium 4. Consume a high-protein meal after taking NAC In addition to consuming adequate animal proteins, incorporate more cruciferous vegetables into your diet to help support the liver.

Why You Can't SLEEP! Simple Fix

Why You Can't SLEEP! Simple Fix

In this podcast, I’m going to tell you how to sleep better at night. Many people suffer from numerous sleep issues and disturbances, such as trouble getting to sleep, frequent waking to urinate, sleep apnea, and restless leg syndrome. Vitamin D can improve all of these sleep issues. Not only can it improve sleep quality, but it can also improve gut health and immune function. Vitamin D works synergistically with magnesium, which improves cramping, restless leg syndrome, heart palpitations, and high cortisol levels. If you're taking magnesium for these issues and it's not working, it could be because you need vitamin D. Vitamin D is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatories. Sleep, diet, and exercise are vital for your health, with sleep at the top of the list. The nerves in the hypothalamus that control sleep are full of vitamin D receptors. If you’re obese, diabetic, or aging, your need for vitamin D dramatically increases. Less than 40 ng/mL of vitamin D can negatively affect your health. Vitamin D levels should be between 70 and 100 ng/mL or more for therapeutic benefit. Blood tests detect the inactive form of vitamin D and can’t tell you if vitamin D is reaching your cells. Try taking at least 30,000 IUs of vitamin D3 for better sleep, and remember to consume plenty of water daily. Cut down on dairy to limit calcium intake and take vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, the cofactors of vitamin D. For better sleep, try the following sleeping tips: •Take vitamin D with cofactors at the last meal of the day •Make sure the room is cool •Avoid electronics and bright lights 2 hours before bed DATA: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38414320 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31759... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...

STOP Aging and Look YOUNGER!

STOP Aging and Look YOUNGER!

In this podcast, I’m going to tell you how to slow down aging so you can look younger and live longer. The mitochondria are the body's energy factory. The health and function of your mitochondria directly correlate to aging and longevity. The Krebs cycle is a process in your body that starts with food and ends with energy. It requires nutrients or cofactors to work properly. NAD is a vital nutrient involved in extracting energy from food to make ATP, and it’s critical for longevity and anti-aging. NAD prevents muscle loss, especially in cancer patients, and protects against radiation. As we age, NAD decreases. Researchers have found that CD38 depletes NAD, and mice with less CD38 tend to live longer. Here are 5 compounds that boost NAD to help slow aging: 1. Apigenin Parsley is the best source, but it’s also found in thyme, oregano, basil, and celery. 2. Anthoxanthin Consume blueberries and other blue, purple, or red foods such as elderberry, concord grapes, and purple potato. 3. Curcumin This is found in turmeric. 4. Quercetin The best source is onion, and the most is found in the outer part. You can also find quercetin in apple skin. 5. Methylene blue This was the first medical drug ever invented. It seems to be a good inhibitor of CD38, which can help boost NAD.

Your Body is Trying to Warn You!!

Your Body is Trying to Warn You!!

In this podcast, we’re going to talk about 5 warning signs you definitely shouldn’t normalize! 1. There are many reasons for chronic fatigue, including the following: •Anemia (Low B12 or iron deficiency) •Low vitamin B1 •Tick bites •Liver disease •Heart disease •Autoimmune disease Vitamins will not have a significant impact unless you correct your diet. Although unlikely, there’s a chance that chronic fatigue could be related to something more serious like cancer. 2. Sudden weight loss is associated with hyperthyroidism, type 1 diabetes, Addison’s disease, and parasites. 3. Persistent weakness can be caused by anemia, sodium deficiency, low magnesium, low potassium, and low vitamin E. 4. Diarrhea is usually caused by food poisoning or food that your body doesn’t agree with, but chronic diarrhea is different. Chronic diarrhea can be caused by the following: •Low zinc •Medication •IBS •Poor diet •Parasites A potent probiotic taken for a long time can often help fix this problem. 5. Persistent stomach pain usually subsides when you improve your diet and eliminate junk food. If this doesn’t work, you could have a gallstone or kidney stone. Persistent stomach pain can also be caused by SIBO, a condition where bacteria is in the small intestine instead of the large. Intermittent fasting, garlic, and betaine hydrochloride can help. Appendicitis, parasites, and ulcers can cause persistent stomach pain. Gallbladder sludge can back up into the pancreas and cause pancreatitis and stomach pain. The best remedy for bile sludge is TUDCA. Rarely, persistent stomach pain could mean cancer.
