AVOID These 8 Gut Mistakes (They’re Ruining Your Health)

AVOID These 8 Gut Mistakes (They’re Ruining Your Health)

Avoid these mistakes for a healthy gut! These 8 common gut health mistakes could be destroying your digestive health. Discover the habits and foods that ruin gut health, along with my expert gut health tips to improve your digestion and overall health today.

1. Trying to improve gut health with fiber

Increasing fiber is one of the worst things you can do for your gut, yet it’s commonly recommended. If your gut is damaged, fiber can exacerbate the issue, contributing to gas and inflammation. If you have gut inflammation, the carnivore diet can help! The carnivore diet helps increase glutamine, an amino acid that promotes gut healing. Zinc carnosine and butyrate, found in butter, are excellent for a healthy gut. Intermittent fasting and periodic prolonged fasting are crucial for maintaining digestive health.Approximately 40% of the population has SIBO. L. Reuteri can help reduce SIBO and has many other amazing benefits. It increases oxytocin, lowers stres, and even increases social capacity. Ensure you have strong stomach acid for healthy digestion and protection from microbes.

2. Commercial probiotics and yogurt

The amount of probiotics in these products is so low that it won’t make a difference in gut health. Many commercial yogurts are low-fat and contain added sugar and starch.

3. Colon cleansing

This eliminates beneficial gut bacteria, which can ultimately lead to constipation and other health issues. Avoid detoxing and focus on a healthy diet.

4. Antibiotics

Your gut microbiome does not fully recover after taking antibiotics. Bacteria that survive antibiotics can become antibiotic-resistant superbugs! If you have to take antibiotics take a good probiotic simultaneously.

5. Antacids

Acid reflux is a valve problem caused by low stomach acid. Weakening your stomach acid worsens the problem. Strong stomach acid is vital for digestion, protection against pathogens, and mineral absorption.

6. Low-fat diets

Low-fat diets are bad for digestion because fat stimulates the gallbladder to release bile. Low bile leads to constipation and the inability to kill off microbes in the small intestine.

7. Balanced diet

Everything in moderation is the worst advice! Lowering carbs from 45% to 65% of your calories to 10% can significantly improve digestion.

8. Superfood shakes

Superfood shakes and smoothies with kale, spinach, and fruit can overload the small intestine with fiber. Red meat is the best superfood!

Try doing exercises such as burpees, plyometrics, or a spin bike.2. Apple cider vinegarApple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which can slow down a blood sugar spike after consuming sugar. Combine one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water and drink this after a high-carb meal. 3. Nearly every diabetic is deficient in magnesium!6. Ketone supplements Providing the brain with ketones supports healthy blood sugar in the brain, which can improve cognitive function and decrease brain fog. 7. The FASTEST Way to Lose Cellulite

The FASTEST Way to Lose Cellulite

Cellulite is a disruption of the connective tissue and fascia under your skin. Cellulite typically occurs only on the thighs and buttocks and doesn’t occur on the stomach, arms, or breast tissue. An enzyme involved in menstruation is often responsible for this disruption in collagen. If you only focus on losing weight without rebuilding the collagen in your legs, you will still have cellulite!Consuming collagen will provide the raw materials, but will not correct the problem. To reduce cellulite, you must restore the connective tissue. Green coffee bean oil, which is often formulated with retinol, collagen, and green tea extract, can help reduce cellulite. The connective tissue responsible for cellulite formation is highly responsive to mechanical stress. The best exercise for cellulite is intense, so it’s important to gradually ease into it with lower impact cellulite exercises. These cellulite exercises stimulate new layers of connective tissue to tone legs and reduce cellulite. Slow squats and step-down lunges are two of the best leg and glute workouts for reducing cellulite. You can also perform box jumps or jump rope, depending on your fitness level. The best exercise for cellulite also burns subcutaneous and visceral fat. To start, look for a hill that’s a bit uneven. Start by walking up the hill and finish by sprinting uphill for about ten to twenty seconds. Uphill sprinting significantly stimulates new connective tissue because it requires intense stabilization from your body. It takes time to get rid of cellulite because your body needs time to regrow collagen and connective tissue. To see results, expect to perform these cellulite exercises for six months to a year. 3 BEST Supplements to Build Muscle (FAST)

3 BEST Supplements to Build Muscle (FAST)

Today, we’re going to talk about the best supplements to build muscle fast! Don’t bother taking single amino acids for muscle growth! Double-blinded studies have shown this isn't an effective way to build muscle or increase muscle growth. Amino acids can also turn into sugar, which can increase your blood sugar.Avoid tribulus and fenugreek if you are building muscle. These compounds can increase testosterone, but not enough to build muscle. As we age, testosterone decreases and cortisol increases. This combination can hinder muscle building. Overtraining can also significantly increase cortisol and shut down testosterone. Cholesterol is vital for essential hormones like testosterone, so avoid low-cholesterol and low-fat diets if you want to build muscle. Insulin resistance can hinder muscle growth. Insulin resistance is often caused by frequent eating and high-carbohydrate diets. Sleep is vital for muscle building because most muscle growth occurs while sleeping! Magnesium glycinate can help you sleep and also helps make energy to feed your muscles.Try these top 3 muscle-building supplements to boost muscle growth and increase muscle size.1. Creatine monohydrateCreatine is found naturally in red meat. It increases ATP, performance, energy during workouts, and hydration, and directly increases muscle stimulus. 2. Whey proteinWhey protein powder provides leucine, which stimulates muscle growth. It also contains the other amino acids vital for muscle building. 3. ZincZinc helps increase testosterone, and even a mild zinc deficiency can decrease testosterone production. Testosterone is vital for building muscle size and strength. If you want to build muscle, consume grass-fed red meat. It contains creatine, amino acids, zinc, vitamin B12, and carnosine. It also contains healthy fat and cholesterol to help boost testosterone. Eggs and fish also support muscle-building.

Sugar vs. Cocaine: Which Is Worse for Your Brain?

Sugar vs. Cocaine: Which Is Worse for Your Brain?

Sugar creates similar effects to cocaine and heroin in certain parts of the brain. In one study, if given a choice, a lab rat will go after sugar instead of cocaine! Sugar can alter your hormones and put you in a state of anxiety. It can even cause a mild form of dementia, leading to forgetfulness and memory loss. Sugar affects the hippocampus, which controls memory. The brain can run on glucose, but too much glucose can eventually hinder absorption. You only need one teaspoon of sugar in your blood at one time, but people consume much more than that!Excess sugar is stored as fat. Over time, high sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance, depriving the brain cells of the energy they need. People often consume way more sugar than they know in beverages like juice or due to hidden sugar in the form of starch. A low-carb diet creates the most benefits for your health. It can reverse diabetes in 10 weeks! You’re no longer feeding your brain glucose when you're on a low-carb diet. A low-carb diet forces the body to mobilize ketones to feed your brain. Once you quit sugar, you’ll notice an improved mood, better concentration and attention, a better ability to learn, improved memory, and brain fog will be gone. Cutting carbs and quitting sugar will leave many people hungry, unsatisfied, and craving certain foods. The solution is to increase protein! Sufficient protein and fat can help eliminate cravings and decrease the desire to snack. There are also plenty of healthy substitutions that can make it easier to quit sugar. You do not need to consume sugar to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Your liver can create sugar from other food sources.

#1 Best Food to Unclog Arteries

#1 Best Food to Unclog Arteries

Aspirin helps prevent heart attacks by thinning the blood and reducing clot formation. A blood clot causes 80% of all heart attacks and strokes. While Aspirin has helped people, it does come with side effects and may not be for everyone. Surprisingly, 50% of all heart attacks occur between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., likely due to higher levels of cortisol in the morning. Both cortisol and adrenaline can increase clotting.EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid, acts as a natural blood thinner without the negative side effects. Research has shown that EPA can thin the blood comparably to low-dose Aspirin. EPA can stabilize vulnerable arterial plaquing by decreasing inflammation. One 2019 study found that people who consumed EPA experienced a significant decrease in plaquing, decreased inflammation, and decreased cardiovascular events. It can also positively affect your mood by reducing cortisol and adrenaline. EPA helps prevent blocked arteries by making your platelets less sticky. Salmon, mackerel, fatty fish, and fish oil contain EPA, but there’s a better source! Cod liver oil or cod liver is the best food to unclog your arteries naturally. Along with EPA, cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D. The active form of vitamin A, retinol, helps to repair the body’s internal tissues. It’s also a potent anti-inflammatory and can help decrease atherosclerotic plaquing. In one study, out of 1000 compounds, vitamin D was the most effective at preventing damage to the internal layer of the arteries. Vitamin D increases nitric oxide and the stiffness of the arteries. It’s a potent anti-inflammatory, stabilizes plaque, prevents rupture, and decreases arterial calcification.
