Mega Edition: How The Legacy Media Sells You Epstein Outrage But Gives You No Answers (11/16/25)

Here's what I predicted would happen back in Feb. 2025:

The latest hype surrounding the supposed "Jeffrey Epstein client list" is yet another round of recycled speculation with little substantive backing. While reports claim that U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi is reviewing documents that may include names of high-profile individuals, the idea of a singular, definitive "client list" has always been more of a conspiracy-fueled fantasy than a verified reality. Past unsealed documents have revealed connections between Epstein and well-known figures, but nothing has ever been done. The notion that some secret ledger exists, ready to blow open a vast network of elite predators, is more wishful thinking than hard fact. If such a list existed, why hasn't it surfaced in the years of legal battles, document dumps, and investigative reporting?

More likely, this "impending release" is another instance of strategic leaks, sensationalism, and political maneuvering meant to stoke public outrage without delivering meaningful justice. Previous Epstein-related releases have been riddled with redactions, context-free name-dropping, and vague associations that fuel more speculation than they resolve. The real issue isn't whether a list exists—it’s whether those with actual influence will ever face real consequences. Until we see ironclad evidence, take any breathless claims about a damning "client list" with the skepticism they deserve.

Here's what ended up happening:

In early 2025, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi publicly suggested that a definitive “Epstein client list” was under review, saying it was “sitting on my desk” and hinting that names of powerful people might be revealed. Over the following months, pressure mounted for the release of a large trove of documents connected to Epstein’s sex-trafficking network and possible co-conspirators. But then on July 7, 2025 a two-page memo jointly issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) concluded that “no credible evidence” was found that Epstein maintained a list of high-profile clients or that he engaged in a blackmail scheme against prominent individuals. The memo also reiterated that Epstein died by suicide, rejecting murder theories. At the same time the DOJ stated no further disclosure of records would be appropriate or warranted.

Despite that official determination, the reaction was volatile. Many supporters of the claim that a hidden list existed—especially on the right—felt betrayed and accused the administration of a cover-up. At the same time victims, researchers and journalists pointed to the fact that many Epstein-related documents remain sealed or heavily redacted, meaning the public still lacks full transparency into the network he operated. The DOJ’s decision not to push further investigations into uncharged third parties fed frustration. Further revelations complicated the matter: a transcript released in August 2025 showed that convicted associate Ghislaine Maxwell told federal officials she was unaware of any such list.

Jeffrey Epstein And The Girls With No Names (Part 3) (9/5/25)

Jeffrey Epstein And The Girls With No Names (Part 3) (9/5/25)

Jeffrey Epstein’s empire was not only built on money and connections but on silence. Alongside Jean-Luc Brunel, he deliberately targeted vulnerable girls from Eastern Europe and South America, knowing cultural shame, disbelief, and poverty would keep them voiceless. Promised modeling careers, housekeeping jobs, or education, these young women instead found themselves trapped, their passports taken, their dignity stolen, and their futures erased. Epstein weaponized entire societies against them, understanding that in many cultures, speaking out meant exile, ridicule, or dishonor. Their silence was not incidental—it was the very architecture of his abuse.Even in death, Epstein’s greatest weapon endures. While some survivors bravely stepped forward, countless nameless victims remain erased from the story, still carrying the silence he engineered. Their absence is not a void—it is evidence of crimes too vast to ever be fully told. Justice has been partial, selective, sanitized, and until the world acknowledges the invisible victims, Epstein’s legacy of silence still shields him. The loudest scream in this story is the one we cannot hear, and if we forget it, then Epstein wins again.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Mega Edition: The Order Remanding Jeffrey Epstein To The Care Of The State (Part 1-2) (9/5/25)

In July 2019, following his arrest on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges, Jeffrey Epstein was formally ordered remanded to custody after a detention hearing before Judge Richard Berman. Prosecutors argued that Epstein’s extraordinary wealth, private planes, offshore residences, and history of evading consequences made him an overwhelming flight risk. They also stressed that his release would pose a danger to the community, citing sworn testimony from multiple accusers and evidence that he had used money and influence to obstruct accountability in the past. Despite his defense offering an unprecedented bail package—including $100 million bond, house arrest under armed guard, and electronic monitoring—the court determined that no conditions could ensure his appearance in court or protect the public.Judge Berman’s written order underscored the seriousness of the charges and the strength of the evidence, including testimony that Epstein had sexually abused underage girls and facilitated a broad trafficking network. The court rejected the defense’s argument that strict bail conditions would suffice, ruling instead that the only way to guarantee community safety and secure Epstein’s presence at trial was to deny release altogether. With that, Epstein was remanded to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, where he would remain in custody until his death a month later.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Mega Edition: The Department Of Justice And The El Chapo Appeal Brief (Par 25-27) (9/4/25)

Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, has had his appeal to overturn his 2019 life sentence rejected by a U.S. court. Guzman was convicted on charges including drug trafficking, operating a criminal enterprise, and firearms violations. His legal team argued that his trial was unfair due to jury misconduct and the harsh conditions of his solitary confinement, which they claimed impacted his ability to mount a defense.Despite these arguments, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the original verdict, praising the trial judge's management of the high-profile case and rejecting the claims of juror misconduct. The court also dismissed the argument regarding Guzman's solitary confinement, stating it did not infringe on his right to a fair trial. In this episode, we take a look at the DOJ's El Chapo Brief.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Chapo-ca2-us-brief.pdf (courthousenews.com)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.
