Today we are live with our homie Jason Khalipa.Jason Khalipa is the founder of NC Fit, a fitness company specializing in community-based functional fitness. Jason competed professionally in the sport of CrossFit for 8 years, and won World Champion in 2008 and recently published his first book, AMRAP Mentality (order book: http://a.co/d/9bPu3nx). He retired from competing when his daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2016. He and his wife, Ashley Khalipa, dedicate themselves to the fight and are advocates for pediatric cancer. The power couple founded “Ava's Kitchen” to raise money to help families with children diagnosed with cancer.
