Dalton Township is a civil township of Muskegon County. It’s the home of around 8,000 residents and is around 40 miles northwest of the hustle and bustle of Grand Rapids. It was a pleasant summer evening in 2014 when police were alerted to what was initially believed to be a tragic hit-and-run.
