The MOST Important Nutritional Protocol for HIV/AIDS

The MOST Important Nutritional Protocol for HIV/AIDS

Today we're going to talk about natural remedies for AIDS and HIV. I'm reading a book called "What really causes AIDS," by professor Harold D. Foster—it's fascinating because it involves nutrition. When you have HIV, over time, if the immune system is weak, it can shift to AIDS. AIDS is a condition where you don't really have an immune system anymore. This condition targets a key player in your immune system called the T helper cell. Without the T helper cells, your immune system can't work how it needs to. Without these cells, you can also develop serious secondary problems like tumors or cancer. Glutathione is the key antioxidant for all your cells, and it's intimately involved with your immune system. However, HIV depletes the precursors to make glutathione. If you were to build up these precursors, and therefore, your glutathione, you could potentially prevent the transition of HIV to AIDS. Other viruses use this mechanism, including hepatitis C, hepatitis B, and coxsackie. The precursors for glutathione are: • Selenium • Cysteine • Glutamine • Tryptophan A potential natural protocol for HIV and AIDS: • Selenium (400 mcg) • Cysteine • Glutamine • Tryptophan • NAC DATA: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti... https://www.amazon.com/What-Really-Ca... The Amazing Properties of Wormwood

The Amazing Properties of Wormwood

Let’s talk about wormwood. This natural herb has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine. The synthetic version of wormwood is the most effective treatment for malaria. There is also some interesting research on wormwood for COVID. Other potential benefits of wormwood: • It’s anti-parasitic • It may be effective against worms, viruses, bacteria, and Lyme disease • It’s anti-viral What we’re going to focus on today, though, is its effectiveness against cancer. Potential benefits of wormwood for cancer patients: 1. It can selectively cause apoptosis in cancer cells. 2. It oxidizes a small amount of your iron, turning it into a free radical and directing it to the cancer cell. Oxidized iron is toxic to cancer cells. 3. The phytonutrients in wormwood can inhibit a certain protein complex involved in the process of normal cells converting into cancer cells. 4. It can inhibit normal cells from producing an increase in blood vessels to a tumor. 5. It’s anti-inflammatory and may help stop the formation and spread of cancer. 6. It has an anti-metastatic effect, which means it may help inhibit the growth of cancer. DATA: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22935... The REAL Cause of Chronic Kidney Disease and Polycystic Kidney Disease

The REAL Cause of Chronic Kidney Disease and Polycystic Kidney Disease

Today I’m going to share some important information related to chronic kidney disease. 10% of cases of end-stage renal disease are related to polycystic kidney disease. Polycystic kidney disease has mainly been thought of as a genetic problem, and until fairly recently, many people thought you couldn’t do much about genetic diseases. But it turns out that you can. Some of the top warning signs of polycystic kidney disease are increased risk of infection, urinary bleeding, reduced function of the kidneys, and high blood pressure. A recent study done on mice found that the ketogenic diet halted and reversed polycystic kidney disease in the mice. They also found that time-restricted eating created a similar effect. Another study found that the keto diet may reduce the risk of kidney stones as long as the person is also on a low-oxalate diet. Along with keto and consuming low-oxalate foods, consuming enough water may help reduce the risk of kidney stones. In the study on polycystic kidney disease, they found that the cysts absorb glucose and are dependent on glucose. Glucose can contribute to other kidney issues as well. A low-carb diet and fasting are both great ways to get your body to start making ketones. You can also take ketones. The best natural remedies for kidney problems: • Curcumin • Resveratrol • EGCG (in green tea) • Quercetin • Berberine What I would do for chronic kidney disease: 1. Take the above natural remedies 2. Go on a low-oxalate keto diet 3. Do intermittent fasting DATA: https://journals.physiology.org/doi/f... https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-... https://fmcna.com/insights/articles/a... https://www.sciencedirect.com/science... The POTASSIUM Epidemic: Dr. Berg Explains Symptoms, Signs, Diet, Causes, and Treatment

The POTASSIUM Epidemic: Dr. Berg Explains Symptoms, Signs, Diet, Causes, and Treatment

Let’s talk about the importance of potassium and what can happen if you don’t get enough. Your body requires a lot of potassium. The daily requirement for potassium is 4700 mg. Potassium is important for the sodium-potassium pump. The sodium-potassium pump is like a battery for your cells. Vegetables are the best source of potassium. One cup of leafy greens provides between 500 and 800 mg of potassium. If you consumed five to ten cups of vegetables daily, you would get plenty of potassium. In comparison, a banana only provides about 300 mg of potassium. Bananas also contain a lot of fructose. Unfortunately, the average person is not getting enough potassium from their diet—and potassium supplements typically only give you up to 99 mg of potassium per tablet. Potassium deficiency is often overlooked. It’s difficult to diagnose, and symptoms of a potassium deficiency are sometimes vague. Early symptoms often include difficulty breathing, fatigue, and heart palpitations. A more severe deficiency in potassium can lead to the following: • High blood pressure • Increased risk of stroke • Fluid retention or edema • Bone loss • Kidney stones Causes of potassium deficiency that go beyond a lack of potassium in the diet can include: • Penicillin • Diuretics • Steroids • Chronic stress • High insulin (high-carb diet) • Refined or processed foods Even the keto diet and prolonged fasting can lead to a potassium deficiency if not done correctly. You will lose potassium as you lose water weight on keto. Consuming enough potassium on keto and taking a potassium supplement while doing a prolonged fast is crucial. Eating too much too quickly after a prolonged fast or consuming too many carbs after a prolonged fast can also cause a severe potassium deficiency, which can be dangerous. My challenge for you is to start consuming a lot of foods high in potassium, like leafy greens, for one week and see how you feel. I think you're going to notice a big difference. Eat Different Proteins for Different Problems

Eat Different Proteins for Different Problems

Today, I want to share the specific type of protein you should focus on for your specific health concern. I didn't want to cover plant-based protein or protein powders extensively because it became clear that neither were sufficient sources of protein. It’s not just about getting enough protein. The protein in your body can’t work without vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals. It’s important to get your protein from high-quality sources. This means obtaining grass-fed, pasture-raised, and wild-caught animal products. Determining the best type of protein for your needs: 1. The Single BEST Food for Healing and Repair is...

The Single BEST Food for Healing and Repair is...

Today, I want to cover the best food to support healing and repair: red meat. Not only does red meat have the most protein, but it also has some other amazing benefits. Other types of protein, like eggs and salmon, are beneficial—but red meat is the best to support healing. Of all the things needed for the repair or healing process, amino acids are among the most important. Red meat is more bioavailable and is a more concentrated source of amino acids than other types of protein. It also contains more iron, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids than eggs. This doesn’t include processed meat from factory farms. It’s crucial to get high-quality grass-fed, grass-finished red meat. Red meat also contains four important additional nutrients for healing, repair, and recovery: 1. Carnitine 2. Creatine 3. Carnosine 4. Coenzyme Q10 People who have difficulty digesting red meat typically have low stomach acid. Even if you don’t like the taste of red meat, it may be because you have low stomach acid. Betaine hydrochloride may be beneficial to help strengthen your stomach acid. You can try taking three to five betaine hydrochloride supplements before a meal for about one month. However, if you tend to have excess iron, red meat may not be for you. Instead, you could try consuming more poultry or eggs. The Unique Benefits of Magnesium Glycinate: How It's Different

The Unique Benefits of Magnesium Glycinate: How It's Different

Let’s talk about the unique benefits of magnesium glycinate. Magnesium is involved in over 300 different enzymes and comes in a lot of different forms. Magnesium glycinate is a combination of magnesium and the amino acid glycine. This combination increases absorption in the intestine. Magnesium oxide, sulfate, carbonate, and hydroxide are all poorly absorbed. Magnesium glycinate is also very gentle on your stomach and is less likely to cause diarrhea, like other forms of magnesium can. Top benefits of magnesium glycinate: • It promotes overall relaxation and muscle relaxation • It supports sleep and may help with insomnia • It improves energy during the day • It supports healthy blood pressure • It regulates calcium • It reduces the risk of kidney stones • It increases insulin sensitivity and promotes healthy blood sugar • It may help with migraines • It may help with depression and anxiety • It may help reduce stress To increase the absorption even more, find a magnesium glycinate supplement that also contains vitamin D3 and vitamin B6. You can take magnesium glycinate with or without food. The best time to take this form of magnesium is right before bed. However, taking it at other times of the day won’t make you feel tired, just relaxed. Consider taking between 100 mg to 400 mg daily, depending on the severity of the issue. Taking high amounts of magnesium glycinate over time may lead to slightly lower blood pressure or contribute to diarrhea. Also, keep in mind that magnesium glycinate may interfere with certain medications. To get more magnesium in your diet, start consuming more leafy green vegetables. How to Flatten Your Belly (FOR GOOD)

How to Flatten Your Belly (FOR GOOD)

Let’s talk about how to flatten your belly fast. Crunches are not the secret to six-pack abs. To get flat abs and avoid poor posture or back pain at the same time, you need to balance exercises like crunches with other types of exercise, like back exercises. Two of the best types of exercises for belly fat are long walks or hikes and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). While exercise is important, diet is more critical when it comes to losing belly fat. The best fat-burning diet is the Healthy Keto® diet. This is a combination of high-quality protein, low-starch vegetables, and other nutrient-dense, low-carb foods. Intermittent fasting is also beneficial to help you lose weight and get healthy. You may want to add more fat to your diet initially to help you fast for longer periods. But, once you become adapted and start losing fat, you may want to cut back the fat you consume. You can take certain remedies for fat-burning, but realize these won't work unless you also change your diet. A few of the best fat-burning supplements include: • Garcinia Cambogia • Raspberry ketones • Green tea extract • Caffeine • Chili pepper extract In some cases, you might mistake bloating for belly fat. Intermittent fasting can help decrease bloating. Bloating could mean you also need more acid in your stomach. Betaine hydrochloride is the best remedy for bloating caused by a lack of stomach acid. A lack of bile can also create bloating. In this case, you could try taking bile salts. Top foods that cause bloating include: • Fruit • Yogurt • Beans • Grains • Almond flour • Sugar alcohols • Tapioca fiber • Soluble corn fiber • Plant-based green shakes or protein shakes If you have IBS or an inflammatory condition in your gut, you may want to try the carnivore diet for a little while to see if that helps reduce bloating. To flatten your stomach fast, you also need to lower your stress. Walking, physical work, and getting plenty of sleep are great ways to reduce stress. If you’re going into menopause, it’s also essential to support your adrenal glands to help avoid stubborn belly fat down the road.
