Cross examination on the stand is over for Sean Diddy Comb's ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. And it couldn't come soon enough considering she could give birth at any moment. . In fact, Combs' lawyers had been accused by prosecutors of stretching her testimony with unnecessary questions so she would go into labor causing a mistrial.  Combs has pleaded not guilty. And a  photo of seashells in the sand posted by former FBI director James Come is getting him in some trouble. The shells form the numbers 86-47 which supporters of the president say means "get rid of Donald Trump"... So, was it a threat? Considering the failed assassination attempts on the president, many say Comey crossed the line. Plus, President Trump also took to social media last night...  lashing out at two of the most famous singers in America. Bruce Springsteen, who trashed the president the other night while performing in the U.K., and he also took aim at Taylor Swift.  And when you think of animals attacking people in Florida, you of course think of alligators, but now bears are a threat! A week ago, the sunshine state confirmed the first fatal bear attack after an 89-year-old man and his dog were killed. Another dramatic day in court today as Cassie Ventura faced cross examination by Sean 'Diddy' Combs attorneys. She's the star witness in the sex crimes trial of hip hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs and today Cassie Ventura was back on the witness stand telling the jury about so called freak off parties she says she was forced to participate in with paid sex workers. And in a stunning twist, she testified that one of those escorts is the same man awaiting trial for shooting at President Trump's Miami Golf Club. Combs has pleaded not guilty. And Lyle and Erik Menendez are eligible for parole... immediately. In a surprisingly fast ruling, a California judge resentenced the two brothers to 50 years to life for the 1989 murders of their parents. They had been sentenced to life without parole.  Plus, President Trump continues to get the royal treatment in the Middle East. He's now in Qatar, the nation offering him a 400-million-dollar plane. Star witnesses on the stand in two high profile court cases: in Paris Kim Kardashian gave emotional testimony about how she feared for her life when she was robbed inside her hotel room. While in New York at Sean Diddy Combs' sex trafficking trial, his now pregnant ex-girlfriend talked about the abuse she says she suffered in their relationship. Combs has pled not guilty to all charges. And now the court drama playing out in Paris where Kim Kardashian was on the stand testifying she thought she was going to die when a group of men broke into her hotel room, tied her up and stole 10 million dollars of her jewelry. Plus, out in Los Angeles, Lyle and Erik Menendez were back in court virtually for a resentencing hearing. Currently serving life sentences for murdering their parents, attorneys for the pair will argue after 30 years, they are rehabilitated, and they should be resentenced -and ultimately freed. The district attorney has said they have not accepted full responsibility for their crimes. Today Erik Menendez’s wife Tammy and their daughter Talia were on hand for support. A judge will hear arguments today and tomorrow before reaching a decision if the brothers will be resentenced. And President Trump is on his first international trip of his second term. He's in Saudi Arabia -- and much of the commentary is about that gift of a free plane from the Qatari’s. There is a very strong chorus saying it's a gift the president ought to turn down. The new pope is American! For the first time ever, a cardinal who was born in the United States has just been appointed the head of the Roman Catholic Church.  Cardinal Robert Prevost has been elected to lead the worlds 1.4 billion Catholics and he has chosen as his papal name, Leo. The reaction to his selection was electric, here in the USA, and especially in the square outside St Peters. And it's standard procedure - when a big game ends the spectators leave...but some Knicks fans were so stoked over their team's phenomenal comeback in the second game of the playoffs last night in Boston, they wouldn't go home - leading to a very overwhelmed worker at the arena. Plus, the national retail association says the average American spends 259 dollars on Mother's Day and a lot of that is on flowers.
