Cross examination on the stand is over for Sean Diddy Comb's ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. And it couldn't come soon enough considering she could give birth at any moment. . In fact, Combs' lawyers had been accused by prosecutors of stretching her testimony with unnecessary questions so she would go into labor causing a mistrial.  Combs has pleaded not guilty. And a  photo of seashells in the sand posted by former FBI director James Come is getting him in some trouble. The shells form the numbers 86-47 which supporters of the president say means "get rid of Donald Trump"... So, was it a threat? Considering the failed assassination attempts on the president, many say Comey crossed the line. Plus, President Trump also took to social media last night...  lashing out at two of the most famous singers in America. Bruce Springsteen, who trashed the president the other night while performing in the U.K., and he also took aim at Taylor Swift.  And when you think of animals attacking people in Florida, you of course think of alligators, but now bears are a threat! A week ago, the sunshine state confirmed the first fatal bear attack after an 89-year-old man and his dog were killed. Now, a Florida man has been hospitalized after he was attacked by a black bear in his backyard.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Another dramatic day in court today as Cassie Ventura faced cross examination by Sean 'Diddy' Combs attorneys. The star witness is nine months pregnant - and both the nature and the intensity of the questions have Ventura’s attorney concerned for her well-being. Combs has pled not guilty. He's accused of being a serial road rager… and he’s been arrested for allegedly attacking almost a dozen other motorists mostly women in Los Angeles. Now, Nathaniel Radimak’s been arrested again... this time in Hawaii -- accused of punching a teenaged girl right through her car window. The boss himself Bruce Springsteen kicked off his world tour last night in Manchester, England... and along with singing “Born In the USA” and other hits, he lashed out at President Trump from the stage. A woman once named teacher of the year has been convicted of being sexually inappropriate with two students at her elementary school. Now in a tearful apology in court, the now former teacher says she destroyed her victims’ childhoods. She's the star witness in the sex crimes trial of hip hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs and today Cassie Ventura was back on the witness stand telling the jury about so called freak off parties she says she was forced to participate in with paid sex workers. And in a stunning twist, she testified that one of those escorts is the same man awaiting trial for shooting at President Trump's Miami Golf Club. Combs has pleaded not guilty. And Lyle and Erik Menendez are eligible for parole... immediately. In a surprisingly fast ruling, a California judge resentenced the two brothers to 50 years to life for the 1989 murders of their parents. They had been sentenced to life without parole.  Plus, President Trump continues to get the royal treatment in the Middle East. He's now in Qatar, the nation offering him a 400-million-dollar plane. The president was so impressed by the marble inside one palace, he called it 'perfecto.'  And she became a household name as a little beauty queen on 'Toddlers and Tiaras.'  Now Honey Boo Boo is 19 years old, and her life is being portrayed in a lifetime movie.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Star witnesses on the stand in two high profile court cases: in Paris Kim Kardashian gave emotional testimony about how she feared for her life when she was robbed inside her hotel room. While in New York at Sean Diddy Combs' sex trafficking trial, his now pregnant ex-girlfriend talked about the abuse she says she suffered in their relationship. Combs has pled not guilty to all charges. And now the court drama playing out in Paris where Kim Kardashian was on the stand testifying she thought she was going to die when a group of men broke into her hotel room, tied her up and stole 10 million dollars of her jewelry. Plus, out in Los Angeles, Lyle and Erik Menendez were back in court virtually for a resentencing hearing. Currently serving life sentences for murdering their parents, attorneys for the pair will argue after 30 years, they are rehabilitated, and they should be resentenced -and ultimately freed. The district attorney has said they have not accepted full responsibility for their crimes. Today Erik Menendez’s wife Tammy and their daughter Talia were on hand for support. A judge will hear arguments today and tomorrow before reaching a decision if the brothers will be resentenced. And President Trump is on his first international trip of his second term. He's in Saudi Arabia -- and much of the commentary is about that gift of a free plane from the Qatari’s. There is a very strong chorus saying it's a gift the president ought to turn down. Opening arguments in the trial of Hip-Hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs. He's accused of running a criminal enterprise to coerce women into having sex. 8 men and 4 women will hear the evidence and so will members of the Combs family. They were out in full force as prosecutors laid out their case. And former NFL coach Bill Belichick was there as his much younger girlfriend competed for Miss Maine USA. She didn't win the title and her disappointment was all over her face. Plus, President Trump's plan to accept a plane from Qatar to use as the new Air Force One is being widely criticized by both Democrats 'and' Republicans. The constitution prohibits presidents from receiving gifts from foreign entities - and The White House says they are working out the legal details. Mr. Trump says he would be 'stupid’ to turn down a free plane. And more than eight years ago Kim Kardashian was robbed inside her Paris hotel room. 10 million dollars worth of her jewelry was stolen. At long last -- the men suspected in the heist are going on trial. The man now known as Pope Leo has for years been known as 'Father Bob,' - in fact, that's always been how he preferred to be addressed. It's just one of ten things you might not know about the new Pope. And a dramatic victim impact statement delivered in court, but the person speaking is dead-- killed in a deadly road rage act of violence. In what's believed to be a first in trial history, the judge gave the family permission to use A.I. technology so the slain man could speak directly to his killer. Plus, with the selection of a jury in the Sean Diddy Combs case almost complete, prosecutors are preparing for opening arguments on Monday -- but they admit there's a snag. One of their key witnesses against the rapper appears to have gone missing. Diddy has pled not guilty. This comes as we learn that Combs' ex-girlfriend, who was seen on video being assaulted by the rapper, is pregnant. And if you're traveling to the United States, you will probably have your pick of plane seats. In what many say is reaction to tariffs and the political climate, there has been a huge drop in recent weeks in travel to the U.S.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. The new pope is American! For the first time ever, a cardinal who was born in the United States has just been appointed the head of the Roman Catholic Church.  Cardinal Robert Prevost has been elected to lead the worlds 1.4 billion Catholics and he has chosen as his papal name, Leo. The reaction to his selection was electric, here in the USA, and especially in the square outside St Peters. And it's standard procedure - when a big game ends the spectators leave...but some Knicks fans were so stoked over their team's phenomenal comeback in the second game of the playoffs last night in Boston, they wouldn't go home - leading to a very overwhelmed worker at the arena. Plus, the national retail association says the average American spends 259 dollars on Mother's Day and a lot of that is on flowers. However, this year flowers might be more expensive due to the tariffs on imported goods. And Vatican City isn't the only place a new pope has been named!
