A housekeeper at the Colorado ranch owned by former New York City mayor Mike Bloomberg was kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to drive hundreds of miles to a motel in another state. Steven Fabian on how the victim was rescued unharmed. And Spotify says it will not silence Joe Rogan. However, they say he has taken down dozens of episodes of his podcast. The move came after a mashup of Rogan using an offensive racial slur went viral. Prompting Spotify to face some pointed questions about its $100 million man. Plus, the Winter Olympics in Beijing have not skimped on drama…and not all of it has been in competition. Athletes that test positive for Covid say they are being taken away to isolation hotels where they stay in cramped quarters with no room to exercise and inedible food. Producers booked him despite the fact he faces multiple lawsuits for allegedly spreading disinformation about the 2020 presidential election. And Sarah Palin claims the New York Times defamed her in an editorial that said her political rhetoric incited the mass shooting that wounded former Arizona Congresswoman Gabby Giffords. The paper corrected the error within hours of publication - and - also tweeted an apology to its readers. Plus, with Covid cases still averaging about 16,000 a day in California, officials are understandably nervous about the Super Bowl becoming a super spreader event. And based on mask wearing at playoff games, getting people to wear them might be a challenge. And the groundhog predicted six more weeks of winter yesterday, and Mother Nature is definitely making good on that. Plus, Michael Jackson's children made a rare public appearance last night attending opening night of the new musical about their father. The show was produced with the approval of the Jackson estate, but as Steven Fabian reports, its being criticized for not telling the whole story. And the passenger list grew during an 11 hour flight after a passenger gave birth in the middle of the flight.
