I’m Susan. Leadership Consultant and Coach. From working in NYC in the high-end fashion world to being a teacher, I share my experience to align my life to Christ in all of life's seasons. Out of that overflow, leadership flowed into every facet of my life.

Through aligned leadership, starting with leading myself, I found ways to personally grow in the midst of caring for my family with Christ. When I aligned myself with Christ and led myself as He wanted me to lead, this shifted things so that I can be a high performer at work and at home.
