Evaristo Salas Jnr is a free man!Evaristo Salas was accused of firing two shots into Jose Arreola’s head in Sunnyside in November 1995.He was tried as an adult and convicted by a jury of first-degree murder three days after his 16th birthday and was sentenced to nearly 33 years in prison. Damian Skinner grew up in California's infamous streets of Compton. A place where gang violence is everywhere. The Bloods and the Crips are bitter rivals and often settle disputes with blood shed. Damian had nothing to do with the gangs growing up, his only focus as a young teenager was sport. He had dreams of making it big in the world of baseball, he worked hard at school on his grades and his game. His father was a minister in a local church and did his best to shield his children from the gangs and the violence outside.
