Some of the most evil places can appear to have a quant and nice. Sitting within a peaceful, quiet area of Hartford City, in the state of Indiana, in the United States, is a large, old-fashioned white-sided Victorian house that lies at 218 North Monroe Street and might not typically attract any particular attention. The Monroe House is ground zero for a string of malevolent and breathtakingly intense, violent hauntings covering the course of over a century, which have made it a major destination for paranormal investigators and given it a reputation as one of the most haunted, evil demon houses there is.... But is it really? Is it hoax or a genuine haunting? "Bark Bark" Did you hear that? That Growl?! It's the Dogman of Michigan! These terrifying beasts have had far more sightings than bigfoot, who is practically the poster-creature for cryptozoology. Dogman sightings began in one area and then spread with descriptions varying slightly but core characteristics remaining intact. Dogman sightings typically occur in the standard settings one would expect for all creepy stories; deep in the forest, logging camps, and even more frequently, out on isolated roads at night. A strange encounter with an "orb-like" object over her home in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1961, would set housewife, Stella Lansing, on a path of mystery and wonder. The object appeared to be observing her, before it suddenly zoomed towards where she stood.  It hovered only yards away from her, before shooting away and disappearing. ​Although another four years would pass by before another encounter, she would soon start to see these mysterious objects more and more regularly. Micajah Born Joseph and Wiley Harpe raped, robbed, and killed their way through Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois during the late 18th century.
