It is a big week for the Therapy Crouch this week as we find ourselves celebrating a double birthday celebration! Not only is it the nation’s favourite Agony Aunt’s birthday, but your not-so-new favourite podcast has also turned 1 years old!!! After having some typical travel woes over the Christmas period, Abbey and Pete are back on the couch to discuss Ross’ rascal trainers, Pete’s new found love of Zumba and Abbey’s failed attempt at dry January. It is officially our last episode before Christmas and it would only be fitting for us to have a little festive fiesta!!
