Welcome to unwind with us where we talk about the good, the indifferent, & the ugly of life. We are two mother’s life’n after 40. What does life’n after 40 mean? We’re two women in our early 40’s living life and still trying to figure it all out. From raising kids, navigating relationships, trying to attain professional success, all the while addressing our mental, physical, & spiritual health. On this journey we realized that life can be a lot and you need your girlfriends to ride it out with you.
