In St. Paul’s letter to the Philippians 4:6-7, we find these words of wisdom: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." These verses remind us that prayer is a conduit to God's peace, a transformative force that can calm our anxieties and bring us closer to Him.
