Archbishop Mitty High School Women’s Head Volleyball Coach, Bret Almazan-Cezar, discusses the mindset of creating culture and the cultural pillars that make up his championship program. Over 20 years of coaching high school volleyball, Coach Almazan-Cezar has produced 7 National Championships, 6 California Team of the Year, 11 State Championships, 16 NorCal Championships, 17 Section Championships, 17 League Championships, and over 800 career wins. He has been named National Coach of the Year four times and Coach of the Year by The Mercury News, MaxPreps, Cal Hi Sports, USA Today.
