These words mark the end of the Gospel of St. John. As we are about to celebrate Pentecost Sunday, the Church also draws closer to the conclusion of the Easter Season. Essentially, it states that the Gospel itself is concluded but intentionally remains incomplete. St. John informs us that there is numerous other things Jesus has done, which he does not disclose.
